研究领域:

      主要以家蚕为模型,聚焦昆虫器官在发育与变态过程中的命运重塑、结构特化与功能形成机制,并围绕吐丝动物成丝器官的结构功能解析与生物制造应用开展系统研究。主要研究方向包括:一、天然丝蛋白成丝机理及其应用;二、单细胞与时空组学揭示昆虫发育图谱;三、利用优异基因创制家蚕新种质。相关成果已在Nature Communications、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Insect Science、Chemical Engineering Journal和International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等SCI期刊发表论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、博士后特别资助等科研项目,获授权国家发明专利3项。担任International journal of biological macromolecules,Insects、International journal of molecular sciences、Biology、Agronomy和Applied sciences等期刊审稿人。
