研究方向

1. 家蚕激素的合成生物学及信号转导

2. 家蚕生长发育性状的分子调控机理

3. 家蚕丝腺分化发育与蚕丝蛋白合成

4. 家蚕遗传操作技术与性状遗传改良


学术贡献

主要从事家蚕遗传学与发育生物学研究,并利用果蝇模型研究昆虫生长发育与代谢稳态调控。先后主持国家自然科学基金、重庆市自然科学基金等项目10余项,并主研973计划、863计划、国家自然科学基金重点、重庆市自然科学基金创新群体等项目。作为通讯作者及第一作者在PNAS、Nucleic Acids Research、Cell Reports、J Biol Chem、Insect Biochem Mol Biol等国际知名期刊发表论文,作为主要合作者在Science、Cell metabolism、Genome Biology等国际知名期刊发表成果。参编《蚕的基因组》《蚕体解剖生理生学》《中国蚕种学》等专著,获授权发明专利3项。所指导的研究生多人次荣获重庆市优秀博士/硕士学位论文等荣誉称号。
