研究方向:
1. 昆虫免疫与抗病毒;
2. 基因编辑与生物育种;
3. 昆虫抗逆及耐受机制;
学术贡献:
通过解析家蚕免疫机制及病毒逃逸机制,鉴定关键靶标基因,用于转基因和基因编辑创制抗病毒品种素材。建立了家蚕抗病分子育种平台技术和理论体系,制备了高抗病毒的家蚕品系。担任3个SCI杂志的副主编/编委,专著eBook《Novel Insights into Insect Antiviral Immunity》一部。主持国家自然科学基金(2项)、重庆市自然科学基金(2项)、重庆市留创计划项目、中国博士后基金特别资助及面上一等资助、重庆市博士后基金等11项课题,并主研973、863等多个国家重大课题;制备抗病毒、耐高温的家蚕素材20余个;在Front Immunol、Insect Biochem Mol Biol、Antivir Res、PLoS Pathogens等国际刊物上发表SCI论文40余篇,其中第一/通讯作者30多篇(20余篇为SCI一区或IF>5);获得国家发明专利授权12项。
