     学习工作经历

     1966.4-1970.3: 日本京都大学,学士,高分子化学

     1970.4 -1975.3: 日本京都大学,博士,高分子化学,主要从事聚电解质溶液的物理化学研究

     1975-1993: 日本国立放射科学研究所研究员,从事染色质结构研究;

     1994-2001.3: 日本国立放射科学研究所DNA测序及生物信息学方向负责人,领导fisson酵母的cDNA目录及基因组测序项目。自1997年起,与Maeda博士(加州大学戴维斯分校)及岛田博士(东京大学)启动了家蚕基因项目;

     2001.4-2006.3: 日本国立农业生物科学研究所昆虫基因组实验室主任,主持家蚕基因组项目;

     2006.4-2008.3: 日本国立农业生物科学研究所昆虫基因组单元负责人,主持家蚕基因组项目;

     2008.4-2013.2: 日本国立农业生物科学研究所、特别高级研究员,主持家蚕基因项目及注释项目;

     2013.3-至今: 西南大学,国家重要人才计划“外国专家”。


     研究领域

     家蚕W染色体基因组分析、性别决定级联研究、家蚕家族进化研究、斜纹夜蛾基因组计划等


科学成就

     主要从事家蚕W染色体基因组分析、性别决定级联研究、家蚕家族进化研究等。曾任日本国立农业生物科学研究所昆虫基因组实验室主任、特别高级研究员,主持并完成了日本家蚕基因组计划及注释项目,建立了家蚕突变基因定位克隆等。现为西南大学国家重要人才计划特聘外国专家,鉴定完成家蚕所有绒毛膜基因(127个),目前正致力于亚洲重要害虫斜纹夜蛾的国际基因组计划。发表文章200余篇,曾获得日本蚕业科学协会“家蚕基因组分析”特别荣誉(2005)、国际蚕业委员会路易牧场奖(2011)、重庆市友谊奖(2015)、日本贞明皇后纪念蚕业科学技术奖(2015),以及中国政府友谊奖(2016)、“外教中国”十大年度人物(2017)、重庆市政府友谊奖(2015)等。
