      科学研究:

      解析了Plexin及Plexin-Rap、Plexin-Rac1等蛋白质结构,揭示了Semaphorin-Plexin信号调控神经纤维发育的分子机制。研究了转录因子调控蚕丝基因转录和家蚕丝腺发育的分子机制,通过对蚕丝蛋白结构和性能的研究揭示了家蚕的天然纺丝机制,并以蚕丝蛋白为模板开发了多种蚕丝基生物材料,拓展了蚕丝纤维的应用。近年来,主持和参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)、国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、青年基金、重庆市自然科学基金创新群体、重点项目、重庆市百人计划专项、中央高校基本科研业务费创新团队项目、重点项目、生物大分子国家重点实验室开放基金、美国国立卫生研究院、美国心脏病协会、美国Welch基金会等多项基金。在Nature Materials、PNAS、eLife、Science signaling等杂志发表60余篇SCI论文,H-index为23,获得国家发明专利授权6项。
