研究领域
昆虫行为分子机制;微生物与宿主的互作机制;家蚕种质创制。以资源综合利用和优良品种培育为目标,以昆虫表型、行为变化为线索,以昆虫弹性蛋白、营养蛋白、表皮蛋白、蛋白酶等为靶标,利用分子生物学、生物质谱、生物组学、生物力学等综合手段开展基因功能研究。先后在Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Proteomics、Insect Science、Protein Science、Journal of General Virology、Int J Biol Macromol、中国农业科学、生物工程学报、蚕业科学等杂志发表论文30余篇,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发子课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目、重庆市自然科学基金、教育部中央高校重点项目、烟草重大专项(子课题)等项目10余项,培养博士研究生3人,硕士研究生19人。担任Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Insect science、Int J Biol Macromol、Gene、蚕业科学等多篇杂志审稿人, 任教育部学位论文评审专家。
