研究领域与方向:

1.昆虫的细胞自噬。自噬是一种进化上保守的分解代谢过程,其依赖溶酶体途径对胞

质蛋白和细胞器进行降解。自噬与衰老、神经退行性疾病、癌症、自身免疫病和心血管等疾病密切相关。我们主要以家蚕、果蝇等为实验对象,研究自噬在其中的作用,建立相关疾病模型,期望通过昆虫自噬的研究为人类疾病提供参考和借鉴。

2.昆虫的营养与代谢。昆虫是地球上数量最多、最为成功的一类动物。作为昆虫

中进化程度最高的完全变态昆虫一生要经历卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫四个阶段。无论是在卵期、蛹期或蜕皮变态期,昆虫均暂时停止进食,不能从外部获得营养。因此,昆虫的营养积累至关重要。课题组研究昆虫变态期的营养蛋白积累、储存、利用以及调控机理,为深入理解昆虫的发育变态奠定基础。


成果情况:

从事昆虫的营养与细胞自噬研究,已在Cell reports、Autophagy、STAR Protocols、Insect Biochem Mol Biol等杂志发表SCI文章50余篇;主持国家自然基金青年基金项目、重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金项目等;与英国华威大学保持紧密合作关系。
