研究领域

1. 家蚕蚕丝蛋白的组学鉴定及家蚕成丝机理的研究。利用多组学手段发掘蚕丝中的高丰度蛋白,系统性研究蚕丝蛋白的功能,揭示蚕丝蛋白影响家蚕吐丝的机理,阐明家蚕泌丝机制。

2. 基于丝蛋白基因编辑的种质创制和蚕丝素材创制。通过遗传操作手段改变家蚕丝纤维蛋白成分,创制新型蚕丝纤维素材。
