研究领域

1. 昆虫丝纤维组分的鉴定及功能研究。利用多组学手段分析昆虫丝中的高丰度蛋白,系统性研究不同丝蛋白的生物学功能。

2. 基于CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑和转基因技术创制新型蚕丝素材。通过遗传操作手段改变蚕丝纤维蛋白成分,开发多功能蚕丝蛋白材料。

3. 开发丝蛋白材料用于小口径丝素血管移植物的制备,探索丝蛋白在干细胞培养和干细胞治疗领域的应用。
