研究领域
1. 昆虫蜕皮与变态的分子调控机制
系统鉴定昆虫蜕皮相关丝氨酸蛋白酶的组成、功能及调控网络,深化对昆虫蜕皮分子机制的理解,筛选可作为新型绿色杀虫剂设计靶标的功能基因。
2. 家蚕免疫与代谢调控机制
(1)研究家蚕先天免疫信号通路中关键调控分子的功能,鉴定下游效应基因及交叉互作通路,揭示其免疫稳态维持的分子基础;
(2)探究家蚕肠道免疫与代谢稳态、微生物群落之间的互作关系,解析家蚕肠道稳态的调控网络;
(3)基于家蚕先天免疫和肠道稳态调控机制,通过改良肠道微环境及饲料添加剂策略,培育具有高抗病性和优良人工饲料适应性的种质素材。
研究聚焦于昆虫发育与免疫调控机制,主要围绕昆虫蜕皮过程及家蚕免疫稳态的分子调控机制展开。相关研究成果以第一作者发表于PLoS Pathogens、Insect Science、FEBS Journal、Insect Molecular Biology等学术期刊。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金项目及多项省部级科研项目。
