研究领域

1. 昆虫蜕皮与变态的分子调控机制

系统鉴定昆虫蜕皮相关丝氨酸蛋白酶的组成、功能及调控网络深化对昆虫蜕皮分子机制的理解,筛选可作为新型绿色杀虫剂设计靶标的功能基因。

2. 家蚕免疫与代谢调控机制

1研究家蚕先天免疫信号通路中关键调控分子的功能,鉴定下游效应基因及交叉互作通路,揭示其免疫稳态维持的分子基础

2)探究家蚕肠道免疫与代谢稳态、微生物群落之间互作关系,解析家蚕肠道稳态调控网络

3)基于家蚕先天免疫和肠道稳态调控机制,通过改良肠道微环境及饲料添加剂策略培育具有高抗病性和优良人工饲料适应性的种质素材

研究聚焦于昆虫发育与免疫调控机制,主要围绕昆虫蜕皮过程及家蚕免疫稳态的分子调控机制展开。相关研究成果以第一作者发表于PLoS PathogensInsect ScienceFEBS JournalInsect Molecular Biology等学术期刊。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金项目及多项省部级科研项目。
