研究领域
1.家蚕蜕皮发育与变态机制研究
围绕家蚕蜕皮调控的胞外蛋白酶新级联通路及新的调控因子的鉴定展开,筛选可用于新型高选择性绿色杀虫剂的潜在靶标,进行小分子杀虫剂的开发与应用研究。
2.家蚕免疫稳态与抗性机制研究
(1)研究先天免疫级联及调控分子的功能,鉴定免疫通路下游新的靶基因及互作通路,阐明家蚕生理和病理条件下的先天免疫稳态调控机制;
(2)着力探究家蚕肠道免疫与代谢、肠道微生物等的调控关系,解析家蚕肠道稳态调控机制;
(3)基于家蚕先天免疫和肠道稳态调控机制,改良肠道微环境及饲料添加剂,创制抗病性高和人工饲料适应性好的家蚕素材。
成果情况:
以昆虫免疫和发育调控为研究方向,研究了家蚕免疫稳态调控和蜕皮调控的分子机理。阐明家蚕血淋巴中serpin-1a/ 6协同调节CLIP2的活性维持生理和病理条件下Toll通路免疫稳态的分子机制,揭示了蛋白酶抑制剂对免疫稳态的重要调控作用,不仅有助于理解昆虫免疫的调控机制,也可为提高家蚕抗性的遗传改造提供新思路;鉴定了家蚕变态期蜕皮液蛋白组分,揭示了蜕皮激素20E调控家蚕蜕皮蛋白酶CLIP13表达的调控网络,丰富了昆虫生长发育的分子调控网络。以第一作者在PLoS Pathog、Insect Science、FEBS J、Insect Mol. Biol等杂志发表学术论文,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、重庆市自然科学基金、中国博士后基金等项目。
